- Delineated Area U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Gilroy Delineated Area: North: Las Animas Ave, straight line across Hwy 101 to West Las Animas Ave, to Church St, to La Primavera Way to Wren Ave to Tatum Ave, along creek to Santa Teresa Blvd. East: San Ysidro Ave, to Leavesley Rd, to Arroyo Crcle, to Camino Arroyo. South: Pacheco Pass Hwy, to 10th st, to Uvas Prwy, to Uvas Park Dr., along levee to Santa Teresa Blvd. West: Santa Teresa Blvd. (See attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,431 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,431 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 2 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: • All space should be contiguous on one floor. • Shall be located not more than the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street serving the office.
