- W912BV-15-T-0068 - SNOOPER TRUCK EASTERN OKLAHOMA SOLICITATION SCOPE OF WORK SNOOPER TRUCK RENTAL FOR BRIDGE INSPECTIONS Various Locations (OK, TX, KS) 8 June 2015 1. Contractor shall furnish an Aspen Truck Model UB40 or equivalent with basket and a qualified operator to facilitate the inspection of the following bridges located in eastern Oklahoma and Kansas. Mobilization, demobilization, travel, and all other expenses related to this rental are to be included in the cost of this procurement. a. Chouteau, Oklahoma, Spillway Bridge, Scheduled for September of 2015 (1 day) b. El Dorado, Kansas, Service Bridge, Scheduled for September of 2015 (1 day) c. Elk City, Kansas, Service Bridge, Scheduled for September of 2015 (1 day) d. Eufaula, Oklahoma, Spillway Bridge, Scheduled for October of 2015 (2 day) e. Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, Spillway Bridge, Scheduled for October of 2015 (2 day) f. Tenkiller SH100, Oklahoma, Spillway Bridge, Scheduled for October of 2015 (1 day) g. Tenkiller, Oklahoma, Spillway Bridge, Scheduled for November of 2015 (2 day) 2. Each bridge is located on a public road or private service road. Public roads will require all necessary traffic control as noted below. 3. If required, the contractor shall furnish traffic cones, orange vests for traffic controllers, and traffic signs warning of roadwork ahead (minimum of two signs). Traffic control is to comply with requirements of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (FHWA) and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Traffic control plan shall be submitted to the government for review 1 week prior to inspection. 4. The dates of inspection listed are target months. The actual inspection date of each bridge is to be determined three weeks in advance and shall begin on location at 08:00, daily. The Government reserves the right to postpone the inspection due to weather. The Government will notify the contractor at least three days before the scheduled inspection of the postponement. Inspections will not be performed when ice, snow, heavy wind, rain, or lightning are present. Each Spillway or Service bridge inspection shall have one day as an option to be awarded as needed.
