Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) for Exercise Therapist services for Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS). This requirement is a 100% Small Business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621340 and the Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 million. Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the RFQ Solicitation document, VA261-15-Q-0770, which contains the SOW, and all corresponding attachments attached, from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov ). The solicitation has instructions on how to submit quotes, in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Please check the posting daily for updates. The Contract Officer will not be contacting interested vendors regarding amendments. Please note the due date established by the solicitation. All questions must be submitted no later than 07/09/2015 by 12:00PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST), by email to deborah.starr2@va.gov. No telephone questions will be accepted.
