- Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Acquisition Management Services (AMS), on behalf of the Office of Human Resources (OHR) intends to sole source to: Colonial Parking, Inc. 1050 Thomas Jefferson St., NW Suite 100 Washington, DC 20007 OHR's HR Solutions will be located at 425 3rd Street SW, Suite 610, Washington, DC 20024 starting July 1, 2015. Due to this move the lease of an additional 6 parking spaces located in the garage at Capital View is needed through Colonial Parking. Colonial Parking is the sole owner and management company for these spaces. The 6 spaces must be located in a secured on-site garage that offers 24/7 access in order to ensure the safety of the staff carrying the equipment/documents, especially those documents containing PII documentation related to Department recruitment, training and personnel file documents. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same services may submit product information and a capabilities statement addressing their specific abilities regarding this requirement. The email subject line must reference OS156331. All responses are due by June 22, 2014, 3:00PM Eastern Time and can be sent to Robert Bowman at Robert.Bowman@psc.hhs.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
