- Description
- Draft SOW This is a Request for Information (Sources Sought Notice). Interested vendors should provide their responses including capabilities statement to the POCs identified on this notice by no later than June 26, 2015. GSA manages listservs, contact databases, business line communication channels, and other sources ofcommunication with our customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders. We have a need for an enterprisewidesolution that can address and fulfill the various needs that our program offices have. At its core, this includes email automation, campaign management, and subscription management (more details about requirements are listed in section 4). GSA wishes to better understand the current market for email and marketing automation software. The goal of using this software is to better manage our communication with GSA stakeholders and automate tasks when possible. GSA currently has contracts with several email and marketing automation vendors. We wish to consolidate to one tool, or rationalize the need for more than one tool, in order to save taxpayer dollars and reduce redundancies in our IT portfolio. Currently, GSA has about 600 thousand contacts across its business lines, sending roughly 4.5 million emails each year. We expect this number to grow as we add more business lines to this tool. GSA anticipates that a final decision regarding an enterprisewide solution and its subsequent award will be made in the coming months. The responses to this RFI will assist in our market research in this space and better shape the requirements for the procurement. There are questions regarding the specific capabilities of each tool currently available in the market, specifically about functionality and pricing models. A detailed list of GSAs requirements is below. Please include descriptions of how your software can meet each requirement, whether the capability is outofthebox or requires additional development or integration, and examples through commercial documentation when applicable. If there is custom development required to meet one of the needs, please go into detail about how that can be accomplished and highlight specifically what will need custom development. Finally, there are a few additional questions below the requirements list regarding pricing, implementation, and development.
