Description

This is a presolicitation notice synopsizing the upcoming release of a solicitation for a services contract-NO RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS IS REQUIRED. Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 will be posting a solicitation on this website for the provision of temporary lodging services for authorized Veterans of the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center (VAMC), Clarksburg, WV. This acquisition will be procured using FAR Part 13 procedures via full & open competition. The applicable NAICS code is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The contract type will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and up to 2 BPAs may be awarded from the solicitation. A key requirement will be that the lodging facility be located within 10 miles of the Louis A. Johnson VAMC in Clarksburg, WV, as estimated by MapQuest or Google Maps and that the lodging facility can provide ADA-compliant sleeping accommodations and bath facilities for the Veterans.
