Description

The Network Contracting Office 22, Long Beach intends to award a firm fixed price to a Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business SDVOSB. The requirement is being set-aside to SDVOSB that has been certified by VetBiz.gov The NAICS Code is 238220 and small business size is $14.0 Mil. The Contract period shall be for a base year and two option periods. The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment and Siemens Apogee Building automation System preventive maintenance and intervening maintenance and repair services agreement (all parts, labor and travel) for all HVAC units in buildings 304, 345, 401, 402, 500, 501 & 507, Fisher House and Distant Patient Lodging at VAGLAHS. Maintenance Services includes preventative maintenance, service calls, call back service and emergency service. The Contract must provide documentation that they can maintain the installed Siemens HVAC control systems at ABC Account. Contractor must provide documentation that they can service and support specific to Siemens manufactured equipment. This equipment is very technical in nature and requires factory trained service technicians with access to technical service bulletins and system updates to ensure proper operation of the Building Automation and HVAC systems at the ABC Account. Contractor must show documentation that can provide the software support and updates, online and onsite support for emergency and non-emergency situations. Contractor must provide documentation that they can provide warranty coverage on Siemens equipment. The contract will be for a base year with two option years. Solicitation will be posted on or about 07/02/2015 with solicitation due back on or about 07/20/2015.
