- RFQ SPMYM4-15-Q-0650, FOR PRIZM ACTIVE X VIEWER SOFTWARE V10.2 TOGETHERE WITH ANNUAL UPGRADE SUBCRIPTION. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; see attached solicitation request SPMYM4-15-Q-0650 for more information. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This is an urgent requirement which requires the delivery and installation of the software between July 1-14, 2015.
