Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall deliver, install, and perform a functions test of a new Grapple Assembly to match existing model PSM DG-125 (#151189) according to the following specifications. The Contractor shall test and adjust all hydraulic pressures to conform to safe working conditions. 1)Box tine grapple 2)Four teeth over three 3) Direct mount 4) 360 degree rotates. 5)1.25 yard This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a competitive, firm fixed-price supply contract. The Contractor shall conduct the work described in the Statement of Work (SOW) independently. This is 100% Set-Aside for SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. Enclosed you will find the Statement of Work (SOW) and Form SF1449 Solicitation / Contract / Order for Commercial Items. The award will be made based on the lowest priced Quote, which also meets or exceeds the acceptability standard for the non-cost evaluation factors as determined by the Project Manager. Price Evaluation is based upon the Total Quoted Price. Include in your pricing the price of the item, delivery, shipping, installation, testing, and personnel travel to perform these services. A. Evaluation Factors: The offorer must furnish the following non-cost evaluation factors: I.The contractor must demonstrate experience and capability to deliver the item as described in the Statement of Work to the satisfaction of the Project Manger. II.The contractor must provide photos and specifications for the item of equipment offered and be prepared to provide more information as required before award it made. III.The contractor must provide the Total Pricing to include shipping, handling, fees, and internal costs. B.Questions: Submit all technical questions in writing to Mr. Dennis Tremethick via email only no later than 4:00 p.m. (PDT), on 29 June 2015. All submitted questions and answers will be provided to all offerors via email. C.Submission Date: Please submit your price and evaluation actor answers by 4:00 p.m. (PDT), on 01 July 2015. Submit your Quote Packet; which includes your non-cost evaluation information and the completed signed SF1449 with Total Pricing. Send these items by email to Mr. Dennis C.
