Attachment 1-Past Performance Questionnaire SECHQ1-15-R-0017-Solicitation The Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC), Office of Acquisitions hereby issues Solicitation SECHQ1-15-R-0017 for Enterprise Process Server Services. This Request for Proposal is issued as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 15. The Government anticipates award of a single award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract resulting from the solicitation. The period of performance for this procurement shall consist of one ( 1) year base period with four (4) one (1) year options. All contractors must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM.gov) (http://www.sam.gov). Further, Offerors are required to complete their Online Representations and Certifications under SAM.gov prior to submittal of a proposal.
