- The purpose of this Solicitation is to remodel a residence-building bathroom and install one new bathroom. Work includes repairing dry walls, linoleum flooring, molding, lighting, bathroom vanity, painting, and installation of all new lavatory fixtures, lights, electrical wiring, shower compartments, and exhaust fans. Remove and dispose of existing vinyl flooring, bathroom cabinets, and bathtub. Arrangements to view the buildings may be made by telephoning Dianne Holz at (360) 436-2320 Monday -Friday or for technical information contact Thomas Warter at (425) 783-6082, cell phone (425) 201-5751. Contractor shall give Contracting Officer five days' notice prior to beginning work at the project site. This project is located on the Darrington Ranger District of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation will be posted around July 6th 2015.
