- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Systems Section (DITCO/PL8223), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to General Dynamics (GD) to integrate and provide sustainment and maintenance support for the most current approved baseline configuration for the Department of Defense (DoD) Mobility Classified Capability (DMCC) Integrated Commercial Solution (ICS) Devices. The GD baseline configuration image is the only National Security Agency (NSA) device approved for use at the enterprise level for DMCC. GD is the only approved trusted integrator on NSA's Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) integrator list that can readily support modifications to the existing NSA approved DMCC ICS device baseline image. We intend to award a firm-fixed price contract in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2015 with a period of performance of one year with four, six-month option periods. At this time, GD is the only source capable of providing all necessary services and the only feasible source who can support the continued mission needs at current levels without unacceptable delays and significant duplication of costs. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide this service must indicate their interest in writing within 15 calendar days of this advertisement. All responsible sources will be considered in evaluating the determination to issue a sole-source contract. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice cannot be accepted since this synopsis cannot be considered a request forquote or a request for proposal.
