- A15PS00786 Clause Section 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (IEE) Set-aside, for Small Business IEE concerns in accordance with the Buy Indian Act. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Information Technology 70 ¿ Laptops This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The North American Industry classification (NAICS) code is 443142. This acquisition is being solicited accordance with FAR Part 15.101-2 and DIAR 1480.280-1, as a total Small Business Indian Economic Enterprise Set-aside. The preferred delivery date is 30 days from contract award. Name brand or equal is acceptable. The resultant award will be a single firm fixed price purchase order.
