- This item is Source-Restricted to the above company and the award is expected to be made to that company. Boeing has a Basic Order Agreement (BOA) established with the Government so a Letter RFP will be issued to Boeing and no Solicitation will be issued to DIBBS unless additional inquiries are made to the Acquisition Specialist. The RFP-solicitation issue date 06/22/2015 and respond due date 07/20/2015. Required delivery objective is 420 days total; 300 days after received order for production, 90 days for Contractor First Article Testing on 1 each is required based on Army CSI requirement with Government 30 days Test/Eval. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0058090182 and solicit as Unrestricted for CAGE 77272, Boeing Helicopter Co. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-15-R-2186, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1615-00-115-4718, Yoke Assembly, Cyclic for 62 each. Item is Critical Application item. Export Controlled applies and Item is Critical/Flight Safety (ACSI) as of 06/22/15. Item is in accordance with Part Number 114C3043-6 requirements.
