Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Battle Creek VA Medical Center, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037-7314, intends to negotiate on a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, with ScriptPro USA Inc., 5828 Reed Rd, Mission, KS, for the procurement and installation of: ScriptPro Robotic System upgrade to collating control center to a CCC (12 slot) conversion, 1 each, located at the Wyoming Health Care Center, 5838 Metro Way SW, Wyoming, MI 49519-9619. NAICS 339112 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents shall be posted and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any manufacturer that determines it can meet the requirements may provide written notice via email to joyce.miller@va.gov prior to 6/30/2015 @ 14:00 EDST/EDT. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement(s). This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. All responses received will be evaluated. However, the information received will be used solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and is at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
