*****SEE ATTACHED DOWNLOAD THE COMPLETE PRE-SOLICIATION NOTICE****** Pre-Solicitation Notice N33191-15-R-1428, Temporary Backup Power for Building 262, located at Naval Support Activity (NSA I), Bahrain in the Middle East Purpose: This pre-solicitation notice N33191-15-R-1428 provides the U.S. Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Public Works Department (PWD) located at Naval Support Activity (NSA I), Bahrain intent to award one firm-fixed price (FFP) commercial contract for leased temporary backup power. There will be one (1) solicitation for one (1) award, within the geographical area of Bahrain. Authority: U.S. Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Public Works Department (PWD) located at Naval Support Activity (NSA I), Bahrain is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-Solicitation Notices. Description: Provide temporary backup power solution (Redundant - hot standby configuration) to supply power to the three existing chillers ACC-1A, ACC-1b and ACC-2 located on the roof of Building 262 located at NSA I, Bahrain. Design, deliver, setup and provide services to maintain hot standby temporary backup power solution, and power distribution system, including Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), Bypass Switch, Electrical Distribution Panels and all other materials and labor for the duration of the contract. *****SEE ATTACHED DOWNLOAD THE COMPLETE PRE-SOLICIATION NOTICE******
