- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to award a contract to the Financial Times Ltd. on a sole source basis for licensed access to the Financial Times site (FT.com). The Financial Times Ltd. is the only known source for the particular information accessed on this site. No solicitation is available and telephone calls will not be accepted. Interested sources may contact the Contracting Officer in writing. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source award described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the CFTC.
