Description

Customized Follett Aspen 5.2 License The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Follett or its resellers on a competitive basis to acquire license and software maintenance for DoDEA's customized version of Follett Aspen 5.2 Student Information System. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) sole source (including brand name) acquisitions under the authority of the test program for commercial items. This award will have a period of performance of one 12 month base period, followed by one 12 month option year period, and two 6 month option periods.
