Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Windstream (PAETEC) for the following services: Voice Services (Telco) at Dalhart, TX and Hobbs, NM Facilities from 1 July to 30 Sept 2015. The NAICS 517911 applies to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company has skill, qualifications and certifications to provide Voice Service (Telco). Responses must be received no later than 14:00 PM PST on 25 June 2015. All responses must be e-mailed to Robert.lentz2@va.gov.
