Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice representing a market survey and is not a request for proposals, proposal abstracts, quotations or invitation for bids. This is a request for information only. The Department of Veteran Affairs is considering purchasing one, temporary. pacemaker (EPG), capable of single and dual chamber pacing, and two, temporary, fixation, leads (intravenous, bipolar). The temporary, external, pacemaker will be used in the Emergency Room at the Wilmington, Delaware VAMC to stimulate the heart in case of rhythm disturbances and conduction defects. The products must meet government standards (RoHS and 60601-1 (3rd Edition)). Potential sources shall provide the following information in their response. *Descriptive literature of available products, including features, specifications, manufacturer, availability, stock numbers, warranty.. *Company, name, address, phone number, contact, email address, NAICS Code, business size, Duns.
