****Request for information only**** EMS Two Way Radios- VA NEW YORK HARBOR HEALTHCARE This request for information (RFI) is posted for market research purposes ONLY. It is not a solicitation. Please include your Socioeconomic status(business size, VOSB,SB, SDVOSB, etc), relative NAICS and GSA Contract Number (if applicable) in positive responses. Deliverables Shall Consist of Brand Name or Equal of the items listed below: Product Specifications Needed to Fulfill the Equal Requirement: Requirements/Specifications Carefusion Brand Name, or Equal: The Contractor must provide new equipment, refurbished devices are unacceptable. The PCA module must be compatible and easily added/configured to the existing Alaris Point of Care (PC) units. The pump module must support software which helps to reduce the risk of medication errors by providing a test of reasonableness before the initiation of therapy. The IV poles must support the Alaris PC unit and up to four pump modules. Alaris System Equipment (Hardware) Model 8120 Alaris PCA Module Quantity - 20 each Model 925-0176 6 Leg base, 25" diameter, 8 hook rake top Quantity - 100 each Guardrails Suite license for Alaris System (Software) Guardrails point-of-Care Software for modules Quantity - 20 each Implementation for Alaris System (Services) - Implementation costs based on a single-phase Implementation Per Diem Clinical Support Quantity- 1 each All interested parties should provide the following information via e-mail only to the Contracting Officer by the stated deadline: 1.The company's ability to supply the product requested 2.The company's NAICS Code 3.Socio-economic category under which the vendor is categorized 4.Provide the SIN(s) that the product is available under 5.Company Point of Contact information Response date (Deadline): Friday, June 30, 2015 For planning and scheduling purposes, to insure being included in our market research for this product, responses must be received no later than 4:00PM (EST) on June 30, 2015.
