Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Hudson Valley Health Care System, Montrose, NY, is soliciting quotes under solicitation number VA243-15-Q-1008 for the following item for its Montrose Campus: Delivering 20,000 US gallons of fuel product to the Montrose Campus. The fuel product must be ultra low sulfur #2 heating fuel that complies with New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) regulation 6NYCRR 225-1.2(h) limiting the sulfur content of #2 fuel to 0.0015% (15 ppm) by weight This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 221210, Natural Gas Distribution, Size Standard is 500 Employees. Questions pertaining to this solicitation must be sent by e-mail to: marshand.boone@va.gov no later than 9:00 am ET, June 29, 2015. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Questions received after the specified date and time will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation using the evaluation method "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable." Prospective offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website and complete representations and certifications at https://www.sam.gov.
