All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be found at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) anticipates conducting a competition under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) for the purchase of IBM Notes / Domino Support Services. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone small businesses under NAICS code 541519, Other Computer Related Services, which has a size standard of $27.5 Million. The OCC intends to award a hybrid firm-fixed-price / labor-hours contract. The anticipated period of performance is for a one-year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods. The estimated date of award is October 1, 2015. Comments or correspondence must be submitted in accordance with the information and instructions contained in the posting.
