- THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible business firms that are capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The PSC for this requirement is X1AB; The NAICS for this requirement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $32.5 million. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. The results of this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-aside opportunities exist. All Small Business Set-aside categories will be considered. In addition, this market research tool is being used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website or the Navys electronic platform for acquiring services (Seaport) at http://www.seaport.navy.mil/default.aspx. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. INTRODUCTION Requirement Overview: Commander Navy Region Southwest CREDO is responsible for providing numerous workshops and retreats to active duty and reservists and their families. The focus of these workshops and retreats is the enhancement of family relations which results in a resilient and well-adjusted service member. The contractor will be required to assist: CNRS CREDO is seeking a full service location within the San Diego area where two Marriage Enrichment retreats may be held. The retreat is scheduled to take place over the weekends of August 14th-16th and 21st-23 of 2015. Locations must offer lodging, three daily meals, a conference room space, and enough space to ensure couples can maintain privacy. All activities and chaplain services are not required, and will be provided. The space must be able to accommodate up to 24 couples as well as up to 5 instructors. Additional capabilities are required and will be outlined in the Performance Work Statement which will be posted with the Synopsis/Solicitation.
