- N00164-15-R-WM84 - SOLE SOURCE - CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT AND THE MANUFACTURE OF SPARES, DEPOT REPAIRS, REASSEMBLY, UPGRADE AND MODIFICATION OF AN/SSX-1 ASSETS - FSC 5865 - NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date 2 July 2015 - Anticipated Closing Date 4 August 2015 - Time 2:00 PM EST The Government NSWC Crane has a requirement for the procurement of AN/SSX-1 repairs, modifications, upgrades, spares, and configuration management in support of and required for SEWIP, the spiral development program of Block upgrades to the AN/SLQ-32(V) family of passive and active shipboard electronic warfare systems. It is anticipated that a five (5) year FFP IDIQ type contract will be awarded for the procurement of these components. This effort will be Sole Sourced to Exelis Inc., 141 National Business Parkway, Suite 200, Annapolis Junction, MD, 20701-1003 in accordance with the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The IDIQ minimum amount expected to be procured is $400,000 and the maximum amount is $8,758,640 with varying delivery requirements based on each order.The Government does not possess complete technical data package to compete this action. The effort will not be set aside for small business concerns. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane. The POC is Ms. Megan Steele-Holdaway, Code 0222 at email megan.steele-holdawa@navy.mil. Reference the above solicitation number when responding to this notice. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Contractors must be properly registered in the Government's System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov.
