Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, Leavenworth, KS intends to negotiate a 'Brand Name or Equal' commercial contract 'Small Business Set Aside for a Scanning Electron Microscope System with components for the Kansas City, MO. VA Medical Center, Research Department. All contract details, to include specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be released on or about 26 June 2015.
