- Description
- The 5th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for leasing tower space in Parshall, ND for LMR equipment. This acquistion includes access to existing radio frequency equipment including two Omni UHF antennas and their respective 7/8 in RF feedlines to the existing tower and 6 ft microwave dish. The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to procure this requirement from a single source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) 'Soliciting from a single source.' The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to enter into a firm, fixed-price contract with Reservation Telephone Cooperative, 24 Main St N Parshall, ND 58770. The NAICS code for this procurement is 517210 with a size standard not to exceed 1500 employees. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any small business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
