THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - The Solicitation is not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has a future requirement for Virtual Pharmacy Services for the Black Hills VA Health CARE System located in Fort Meade and Hot Springs, SD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621999 (Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services) (Size Standard: $15 million). The Government contemplates awarding a fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (FP/IDIQ) contract resulting from the future solicitation. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and technical capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Research Questionnaire will be available on or about June 24, 2015 and will be distributed solely through General Service Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Interested parties should download and complete the market research questionnaire. The response end date for the market research questionnaire is July 17, 2015. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for the PWS will be accepted. All questions regarding the service description may be submitted by emailing Mr. Shea Colby, Contracting Officer @ shea.colby@va.gov. Email the completed market research questionnaire to shea.colby@va.gov. Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have their representations and certifications completed.
