The required Bonds (Bid, Performance and Payment) will be required for this project All vendors must be regristerd in SAM. Please supply a bid for the following new updated scope of work. Retain the services of a mechanical contractor to retro-commission the HVAC systems for the building (approximately 13,000 GSF). Verify controls for all components of the system and provide balancing services to verify and adjust air flows of all system components. Calibrate sensors and program controls to follow sequences appropriate for the system. Sequences include but are not limited to: temperature control, setback schedules, damper operations, default position for dampers, and set points for all systems and spaces. If needed, ESC can provide drawings of the existing systems that include designed air flows for each component.
