The VA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Service is proposing to implement a new Commercial Sales Practice (CSP) & Price Proposal format under the 621I program. The National Acquisition Center is holding an Industry Conference on 30 June 2015 and 1 July 2015. During this conference, the proposed approach will be presented in two training sessions.
