Description

DAVIS BACON WAGES LISTING FAR CLAUSES AND INSTRUCTIONS STATEMENT OF WORK FOR HOUSING UNIT 4B STATEMENT OF WORK FOR HOUSING UNIT 2D SF18 REQUEST FOR QUOTE CONTINUATION SF18 REQUEST FOR QUOTE SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required to perform and complete the removal of all old carpet and carpet pad in Unit 2D and 4B. After removal of carpet and carpet pad, contractor shall do all floor preparation needed to subfloor and install the new carpet and carpet, IAW attached SOW. The work is located at 4105 White Alder CT, U.S. Coast Guard Housing, Homer, Alaska. Contractor must be IAW SOW. Contractor will be selected based on lowest price technically acceptable. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: None Performance Period: 10-15 days. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: Prior to ordering or procuring materials, submit three (3) copies of the required information to the Contracting Officer for approval. Include manufacture's catalog data, certificates and other evidence indicating compliance with the specifications Per Submittals Requirements of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable federal, state, and local construction and environmental regulations, requirements, best management practices, and standard operation procedures. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN STATEMENT OF WORK AND ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD UPON REQUEST, APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS BEFORE QUOTE IS DUE. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.) Location: U.S. Coast Guard Housing, Homer, Alaska. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS LESS THAN $15,000.
