Description
The Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) Virginia Beach, 23459-8838; intends to negotiate an 100% small business set-aside Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with Firm Fixed Price provisions for Special Operations Combat Medic (SOCM) Remote Medicine Course of Instruction (COI) in support of Naval Special Warfare Commands (NSWC). The services will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 16.5 - Indefinite Delivery contracts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, and the Size Standard is $11.0M. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be available on or about 30 June 2015. By submitting an offer, the offeror is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contrat from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
