- Furnish all planning, supervision, labor, subcontracts, equipment, materials, supplies and all other things necessary to perform Operation and Maintenance of Airborne Coastal Mapping and Charting Systems and Technical Support for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Joint Airborne Lidar Bathymetry Technical Center of Expertise (JALBTCX). Work consists of Operation and Maintenance of Airborne Coastal Mapping and Charting Systems, producing standard surveying, mapping, engineering, and charting products from the data collected by these systems, and providing Technical Support in airborne coastal surveying, mapping, engineering and charting to JALBTCX, including studies and scientific evaluations, reports, conceptual designs, improvements, modifications and upgrades to sensors, and other activities as required by JALBTCX. Work will be performed in the office and in the field (continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and in foreign countries). The contractor must have the capability and capacity to respond to multiple requests for work at diverse CONUS and OCONUS locations simultaneously. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity will be awarded for one year. Task orders will be issued with individual scopes of work and funding. This procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about May 21, 2015. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. All bidders must be registered in FBO before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation.
