Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Service Area, Southern Region, AAQ-510 ATL, College Parka, GA has a requirement for Sidewalks And Curb Replacement Atlanta Route Air Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Hampton, GA This procurement is set aside for competition among Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB) expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in SBA's 8(a) program. Estimated performance time: 90 calendar days from the issue of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220 “ Highway, Street and Bridge Contractors - Standard Size - $33.5 Million In accordance with AMS Clause 3.2.2.3-63 Site Visit (Construction) (July 2004), there will be a Site Visit on Monday, July 6th at 11:00 AM EST Point of Contact for the site visits: (b) Site visits must be arranged during normal duty hours and can be coordinated by contacting: Name: Shannon King Address: 299 Woosley Road Hampton, GA 30228 Telephone: 770-210-7576 Email: Shannon.King@faa.gov To be considered for award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: www.ccr.gov). When responding to this Screening Information Request/Request For Offer (SIR/RFO), each offeror is required to submit a technical proposal and a cost breakdown proposal in addition to all the required documents outline in accordance with the Screening Information Request (SIR) provision in Section L entitled, "Required Documents." Offerors submitting proposals by hand-delivery will need to consider allowing sufficient time to process through the security procedures in place at the FAA Southern Region Office. Overnight delivery of responses to this SIR/RFO may also be impacted if not sent in sufficient time to allow for the special mail-handling procedures in place at the Southern Region Office. 3.2.2.3-20 Electronic Offers (July 2004) (a) The offeror (you) may submit responses to this SIR by email or fax. Your offer must be received by the date and time specified in this SIR. (b) Electronic offers must refer to this SIR and include, as applicable, the item or sub-items, quantities, unit prices, time and place of delivery, all representations and other information required and a statement specifying the extent of your agreement with all the FAA's (we) terms, conditions, and provisions. (c) We may decline to consider electronic offers that do not include required information, or that reject any of the terms, conditions and provisions of the SIR. (d) We reserve the right to make award solely on the electronic offer. The Government will not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
