- The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), Contracting Department, San Diego, CA 92155 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for jump support services in Hawaii. The prospective contractor is Sky-Med, Inc. (Doing Business As Pacific International Skydiving Center), 68-760 Farrington Hwy, Dillingham Airfield, Mokuleia/Waialua, Hawaii, 96791. The period of performance of this contract will include a base year, beginning on the date of award of the contract, plus four one-year option periods to be exercised at the Government's discretion in accordance with FAR 52.217-9. The services will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. A complete Request for Quote package will be available for downloading at the FBO website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 08 July 2015. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the offeror is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contrast from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
