- NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair and/or modify the ordered quantities of spare repairable assemblies as included within this document. Data including all publications, associated drawings and specifications, as well as supporting test equipment availability required to manufacture or repair these items are not available to purchase from other than the current approved sources of supply. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity s procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The spare repairable assemblies to be repaired and/or modified under this agreement are set forth by manufacturers part number and constitute Government Property as defined in FAR clause 52.245-1 Government Property or 52.245-1 Alternate I, as applicable. NAVSUP WSS is also seeking to determine if there are any commercial items (CI) or non-developmental items (NDI) that will satisfy the needs of this forthcoming procurement. In addition, NAVSUP WSS is seeking any eligible small business firms including service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, certified HUBZone small businesses, and certified 8(a) capable of performing these repairs. Eligible contractors shall provide a submission to kelley.m.johnson@navy.mil no later than 07 July 2015 that includes: 1) Company Name and Cage Code 2) Part Number/NIIN eligible to repair 3) Is your company the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)? 4) Is your company seeking to repair the P/N(s) in #2 as a CI or NDI part? a) What is the CI or NDI repair part that will satisfy these requirements? 5) Is your company capable of repairing the P/N in #2 but your company is not the OEM? a) Explain how your company has the technical capacity to perform the necessary repairs. 6) Is your company a Small Business?
