- ARU Telemetry Systems This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this request for quotations (RFQ) is W9132T-15-T-0047. This procurement is being conducted under full and open competition. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220, which has a size standard of 750 employees. All applicable clauses and provisions are located in an attatchment to this notice. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement for ARU telemetry systems in accordance with the specifications in Section C of the attached document. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Please provide responses to this notice no later than July 5, 2015 at 11:59PM, Central Daylight Time (CDT), to: Wanda.L.Huber@usace.army.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted; all inquiries and quotes shall be submitted by email. *Note: In order to be eligible for award of a Government contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) system, have no active exclusions, and complete representations and certifications (both FAR and DFARS). This system combines data that was formerly contained in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) system, Online Representation and Certifications (ORCA) system, and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
