Description
This is a modification to the pre-solicitation notice posted on 17 June 2015. The Request for Quote (RFQ)/Solicitation to provide non-personal, healthcare housekeeping and related services in support of multiple Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the health service area of Kenner Army Health Clinic (KAHC), Fort Lee, VA release date has been change. The new anticipated release date is the second week in July 2015. Prospective offerors should download the draft solicitation for review until the official release date. The solicitation will be available in electronic format only. The official access point to the solicitation is via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. The primary point of contact for this project is Ms. Katherine I. Perry, Contract Specialist, (210) 295-4365; email katherine.i.perry.civ@mail.mil. The secondary point of contact is Ms. Viola Muniz, Contract Specialist, (210) 221-5722; email viola.muniz.civ@mail.mil. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for 17 July 2015. Prospective offerors are advised that there will not be a pre-proposal conference, only a site visit. The site visits' duration is anticipated from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Interested vendors shall provide the following information for representatives attending the site visit: Name(s), company name, email address, phone number, and business size standard. In addition, if you do not have a Department of Defense (DoD) or military ID, each offeror must provide the following: Last and First Name, Sex, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Driver License or ID Number, State, and Expiration date. Interested parties must register with Ms. Katherine Perry by e-mail at katherine.i.perry.civ@mail.mil not later than 4:00 pm Central Standard Time, 14 July 2015. The site visits involve extensive walking through multiple buildings, and participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes to be safe and comfortable. Please indicate any special needs to Ms. Katherine Perry when requesting registration to ensure proper accommodations may be arranged. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED DURING THE SITE VISIT repeat NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED DURING THE SITE VISIT. Please submit questions regarding this solicitation in writing not later than 13 July 2015 and site visit questions not later than 29 July 2015 to Ms. Katherine Perry @ katherine.i.perry.civ@mail.mil. All questions and answers will be posted via ASFI. Further information concerning meeting location and specific information for registered participants will be posted not later than 15 July 2015.
