The Midshipmen Food Service Division (MFSD) Galley, located at 101 Sands Ave, Annapolis, MD 21402, contains kitchen equipment that is essential in preparing approximately 13,500 meals daily. This equipment is expected to need maintenance as a result of the strenuous amount of usage the equipment goes through. Kitchen equipment includes, 17 Cleveland Combi-Ovens, 4 Cook Chill Kettles, 3 Cook/Chill Tanks, 1 Conveyor, 2 Chiller Units, 2 Kettle Control Units, 2 Pump Fill Stations, 1 Vacuum Tie Clipper, 2 Espresso Machines, 4 Gemini Ovens, 2 Hobart Dishwasher FT 900, 1 Meiko Ware Washer Rack Conveyor type, 1 Meiko Door type Dishwasher, 1 Meiko Flight type Dishwasher.
