- Sole Source Intent. The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, intends to modify an existing Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract, number W9124R-09-C-0003 with TRAX International Corporation located at 8337 W Sunset Rd, Ste 250, Las Vegas, NV, 89113-2211 for Test Support Services at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ. The Government anticipates negotiating a three-month extension to the current performance period for performance through October 31, 2015. The potential three month extension period is necessary to provide for the continuation of essential services in support of the test mission under the direction of the USAYPG pending award of a competitive follow-on long term contract. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541330 Engineering Services (Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons) with a size standard of $35.5M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
