VA Medical Center 921 N.E. 13th St Oklahoma City, OK. 73104 Background In the near future a solicitation will be posted as the VA Medical Center in OKC OK has a need for a contractor to conduct Fire Rated Assembly inspection in accordance with the most current edition of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association). This will be a one-time service and the award will be based on Firm Fixed Price contract. Project Scope The OKC VA Medical Center needs a contractor to conduct Fire Rated Assembly inspection for 470 doors, and the inspection of 1,000,000 square feet of Fire and Smoke wall space. A report of the inspection listing each deficiency noted during the survey with specific locations at the OKC VAMC will be required at the end of the inspection of the Oklahoma City VAMC. See Statement of Work for specifics.
