- Description
- The Syracuse VA Medical Center located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse New York has a requirement for a Service maintenance agreement for the following Bayer MedRad equipment four (4) Provis Angiographic Injectors, one (1) Spectris Solaris MR Injector, two (2) Stellant D CT Injectors, and two (2) Veris Injectors. The services required for each of these pieces of equipment are as follows: The contractor shall provide a one (1) year preventative maintenance services on the Bayer MedRad four (4) Provis Angiographic Injectors, one (1) Spectris Solaris MR Injector, two (2) Stellant D CT Injectors, and two (2) Veris Injectors providing all necessary labor and materials for VA owned equipment located at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. Service shall include one (1) preventative maintenance visit each, comprising of inspection, calibration, cleaning and maintenance, functional and safety checks, and installation of mandatory software and hardware upgrades. There shall be a warranty on services for ninety (90) days after the date provided. All work shall be done by qualified technicians, trained and certified by Bayer Healthcare to service all of the media injector models listed above. The contractor shall only use new original equipment manufacturer parts during the preventative maintenance services. The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between 100,000.00 and $150,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Syracuse VAMC. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.
