Description

INTRODUCTION/DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this procurement is solicit proposals for construction services to repair and reseal the building envelope of the St. Petersburg Region Benefit Office located at 9500 Bay Pines Blvd., St. Petersburg, FL 33708. SET ASIDE: This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business NAICS: NAICS Code is 236220 with a $36.5 Million size standard. ADMINISTRATIVE: The Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be issued under solicitation number VA101V-15-R-0627. This acquisition will result in one firm fixed-priced contract. Specific details regarding this requirement will be provided when the solicitation is issued. This notice is not a request for proposals; this is a pre-solicitation notice to inform all interested parties that The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), will issue a RFP. RFP will be available via FedBizOpps.
