- This is the presolicitation notice for the Operations and Maintenance IDIQ being requested for General Services Administration, National Capital Region, Regional Office Building, 301 7 th Street S.W. Washington, D.C. 20407 NOTE: Custodial and Landscaping services are not included in this procurement, they are already in place with existing contracts. The solicitation number will be GS-11P-15-ZG-D-0131 General Services Administration, National Capital Region, Regional Office Building will be entering into a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. This requirement is unrestricted for which the North American Industry Classification System Code is 561210, and The Small Business Size Standard is $35.5Million. NOTICES: 1. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. OFFERS FROM OTHER THAN SMALL BUSINESSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. 2. OFFERS ARE NOT SOLICITED FROM FIRMS DEBARRED, SUSPENDED OR PROPOSED FOR DEBARMENT. FIRMS WHICH ARE CLASSIFIED AS SUCH WILL CONSIDER THIS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. SITE VISIT/PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A pre-proposal conference/ site visit will be held on site at the General Services Administration, National Capital Region, Regional Office Building, 301 7 th Street S.W. Washington, D.C. 20407 during which time offerors will be given the opportunity to attend a guided tour of the facility. The conference will be held on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 1:00 PM ET, unless otherwise rescheduled by the cover page of the solicitation. ONLY ONE CONFERENCE IS SCHEDULED. Offerors missing the conference may lose their opportunity to inspect the site. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: In order to be permitted into the facility, interested parties should register at least 3 business days (72 hours) in advance of the conference with the Building Manager, Virginia Moore. Registration should be made via email to: Virginia.moore@gsa.gov, with email subject line reading "SOLICITATION GS-11P-15-ZG-D-0131 PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE". The Building Manager will acknowledge individual receipt of offerors' requests. Registration request must provide the contractor's name and the names of conference attendees. Acceptable identification (with photo) will be required to enter the facility. Late registration could result in the offeror being denied entrance into the facility. Offerors should enter the building in the main entrance which is located in the center of the building on D Street.
