- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1660 Oxygen Mask. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1660-01-081-2368. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1660-01-081-2368 Oxygen Mask Estimated Annual Demand is 132 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 33 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 132 each. Maximum Contract Quantity is 990 each. This Solicitation is unrestricted. The approved sources of supply are as follows: Gentex Corporation (Cage 60240) P/N G012-1050-04 Avox Systems Inc. (Cage 53655) P/N 834-75-04 FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Life Support as well as a Critical Application Item and Air Force Critical Safety Item (CSI). Export Control restrictions apply. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) applies as well. Delivery is 210 days for the FAT Report, 35 days for Review and Notification, and 180 days for delivery of the Production Quantity. The Total delivery is 425 days ARO. SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). The solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
