Ft. (ABOA): 5,900 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,100 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Market standard Parking Spaces (Surface): Market standard Parking Spaces (Structured): Market standard Parking Spaces (Reserved): Market standard Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 1 year Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Tenant requires holding cell Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
