U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Kansas City: Lawrence Delineated Area: North: Interstate I-70 South: South Lawrence Trafficway (KS Highway 10) East: McDonald Dr./Iowa Street (KS Highway 59) West: South Lawrence Trafficway (KS Highway 10) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,694 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,556 Space Type: Office (10,049 USF ABOA) and Lab (3,645 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 70 Parking Spaces (Surface): 70 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 70 Full Term: 180 months Firm Term: 180 months Soft Term: 0 months Option 1 Term: 60 months Option 2 Term: N/A Additional Requirements: · Approximately 3,645 SF of the offered space will be required to be used as a research lab. · Offered space should be located in a professional office or office/flex location. · The Offered space should be located on a site that offers safe vehicular access and circulation throughout for large vehicles and vehicles pulling trailers that can reach in excess of 50’ long. Drive through design is preferred. · Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. · A fully serviced lease is required. · Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
