- The Government intends to issue a brand name, firm fixed price contract for CISCO network devices. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any proposal received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. The Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) will be utilized for offers of quotation for this requirement after 30 June 2015. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any proposals should be e-mailed to jennifer.l.elliott10.civ@mail.mil no later than 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on 06 Jul 2015. Only proposals received by this date will be considered.
