- PR Number: IQC1000036583 / Solicitation Number: SPE5EY15R0064 Nomenclature: FSC 5330/5331 QPL O-rings, Gaskets, and Preformed Packing items RFP Original Due Date: June 16, 2015 / 1ST AMENDMENT, Due Date: June 19, 2015 2nd AMENDMENT, Due Date: July 31, 2015 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum for the base period. This procurement is for 125 Price Evaluation List (PEL) items and an additional 1900 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. TRADE AGREEMENTS ACT CERTIFICATION APPLIES. The Government intends to award one or more contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer represents the best value to the Government, price and past performance considered. "Vendors should note that these requirements are NOT solicited on an "all or none" basis and proposals made on this basis will NOT be considered. Each item will be evaluated based on the proposal for that particular item independently of the proposals for other items." AMENDMENT 0002 IS HEREBY ISSUED TO ADD CLINS 0124 AND 0125 TO THE SOLICITATION AND TO THE ATTACHED REVISED PRICE EVALUATION LIST (PEL) OF ITEMS SPREADSHEET. THE DELIVERY TIME FOR THE PEL OF FSC 5331 ITEMS, CLINS 0017 THRU 0125, IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM 90 DAYS TO 120 DAYS DUE TO TECHNICAL REASONS. DLA TROOP SUPPORT WILL NOT ACCEPT ADDITIONAL BIDS FOR THE PEL OF FSC 5330 ITEMS, CLINS 0001 THRU 0016. PLEASE DO NOT DELETE THEM FROM THE PRICING SPREADSHEET. THEY SHOULD REMAIN AS PLACE HOLDERS ON THE PRICING SPREADSHEET. THE CLOSING DATE FOR THE PEL FSC 5331 ITEMS, CLINS 0017 THRU 0125, HAS CHANGED TO JULY 31ST, 2015 - 3:00PM - EASTERN TIME.
