Amdt #1 is issued to replace Attachment 3 (attached) The FAA is requesting proposals for the delivery of firm load electrical supply service, including electric energy, ancillary services, ARR credits, TLC Credits, Marginal Losses, Renewable Portfolio Standards, Reliability Must Run Charges, Transmission Enhancement Charges, FERC Order 745 Charges, Winter Reliability Progam charges and capacity for 16 facilities located in ISO New Engalnd.
